Terms and Conditions to Provide Security Services are as under

  • 1. All the personnel deputed by us for duties at your premises shall be our employees and we shall be responsible for their salaries, leave, uniform and their fringe benefits which will be provided by you.
  • 2. We shall be responsible for overall control and supervision of our staff while serving your organization. All our personnel shall work 8 hrs.a day.
  • 3. Our personnel will be transferable as and when necessary in order to smarten and also to ensure the they do not get too much acquainted or familiar with other workers of your organization and also to save them from getting in to a routine rate.
  • 4. You will not pay any amount as advance loan, financial aid to our staff. It will be at your own risk if you do so.
  • 5. The security agency will bring to the notice of the client above any security lapses given in writing or verbally as soon as possible.
  • 6. You will not employ directly or indirectly any member of our active staff or ex personnel in your organization or in any other concerns either during the validity period of this agreement or for six months from the date of termina­tion of the agreement without our written consent.
  • 7. Our security officer will do periodical day/night checking at your promises.
  • 8. Any way you are not allowed to take any direct-action against our personal deputed at your organization. In case of untoward in indents it may be in­ formed to the security agency as soon as possible.
  • 9. You will be responsible to provide all statutory requirements and safety of security staff deputed at your promises.
